Trying to learn an Eddie Van Halen solo…
we are playing “Beat It” in church this Sunday. That dude just amazes me with his “intangibles”… so many little quirks and odd note groupings that don’t seem to make any logical sense… but put them together with that sick tone and those beautiful fingers and it is always incredible. One guitar nation, under Eddie….

Unbelievably cool rehearsal tonight!
I am SO blessed to have the chance to work with the exceptionally talented Greg Dampier and Jason Ridenhour on this series of gigs. Those guys showed up totally prepared and full of good ideas and suggestions… it will be my honor to share the stage with them tomorrow!
